We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Influencer Marketer to build and manage influencer partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and downloads across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

What You’ll Do

Identify, reach out to, and manage partnerships with mental health, wellness, lifestyle, and tech influencers.
Build influencer campaigns that drive user acquisition and brand credibility.
Negotiate collaborations (paid, affiliate, and value-exchange) with creators.
Create campaign briefs, track content performance, and optimize based on analytics.
Collaborate with our content, growth, and design teams to align messaging.
Stay ahead of influencer and social trends to spot viral opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in influencer marketing, ideally in mental health, wellness, SaaS, or lifestyle brands.
✅ Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and influencer ecosystems.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Data-driven mindset — comfortable with KPIs like CAC, engagement, and conversions.
